Cancellations for custom orders at Gem Vista Craft must be made within 48 hours of order placement to receive a full refund of the deposit. After 48 hours, Gem Vista Craft reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover material costs.
Ready-made jewellery from Gem Vista Craft can be returned within 14 days of purchase if in original, unworn condition. Gem Vista Craft will issue a full refund minus shipping costs.
Personalized or engraved pieces from Gem Vista Craft are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
